Kolkata, Aug 7 (UNI) The Covid-19 toll in Bengal rose to 1954 on Friday with 52 more
deaths and the confirmed cases touched 89,666, with 2912 new cases, while celebrated
medic Rabin Bose, who headed the forensic examination into the mysterious killing of
" stoneman" some years ago, died of Covid-19.
