Guwahati, Dec 14 (UNI) After two days of agitation which was marked by arson and violence against Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB) which now has become an act, life is limping back to normalcy in Assam but people of the state are still living in digital darkness as the ban on internet continues which has severely affected the ATM and online digital services.
