Naveen seeks report from DMs on crop damage, cancel leave of field staff

Bhubaneswar, Nov 16 (UNI) Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today asked the District Collectors to assess the crop damages and cancelled the Sunday leave of the field staff of
Revenue and Agriculture department in 15 rain affected districts of the state
Reviewing the situation arising out of unseasonal rain and its impact on the crop through
video conferencing with the District Collectors of 15 rain affected districts, Patnaik directed
them to monitor the situation regularly and remain in touch with the affected farmers
regularly and guide them.
