Chandigarh, Aug 22 (UNI) Terming the allegations leveled on Sarbat Sehat Bima Yojana scheme as baseless & depicting frustration of SAD, the Health & Family Welfare Minister Balbir Singh Sidhu said that the Punjab Government covered the 76 per cent population of the State under the scheme to facilitate 1396 health packages which makes Punjab one of the leading State in terms of population covered under this scheme.
