Patna, Nov 8 (UNI) Thousands of VVPAT (Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail) slips were found dumped in a garbage heap in Sheetalpatty village under the Sarairanjan Assembly constituency of Samastipur district on Saturday, raising serious questions about the conduct of elections.
