Orissa HC orders arrest of Cameroon-flagged crude oil tanker at Paradip Port

Bhubaneswar, Aug 8 (UNI) The Orissa High Court has ordered the arrest of a Cameroon-flagged crude oil tanker, MT Unity (IMO No. 9388792), at Paradip Port over an alleged outstanding maritime claim of USD 110,168.50 arising from non-payment of dues for repair and replacement work on the vessel’s auxiliary boiler.
