Strict lockdown to be in force in Chhattisgarh capital from 21st to 28th

Raipur, Sep 19 (UNI) Alarmed over rapid spread of the cases of Coronavirus infection in
Chhattisgarh capital Raipur, the district administration has announced to strictly enforce lockdown from September 21 to 28.
District Collector Dr S Bharatidasan has issued an order in this regard. Referring to coronavirus tally of over 26000 in Raipur district and detection of nearly 1000 Coronavirus positive cases every day, he has declared entire Raipur district as containment zone. Accordingly it has been decided to declare a lockdown from 9 pm on September 21 to 12 pm on September 28 under the provisions of Section 144 Prohibition and Pandemic Act.
