Narsinghpur, MP, Nov 24 (UNI) Two youngsters died as a consequence of their motorcycle bursting into flames after a tractor collided with it in Paloha Police Station limits on Monday, law-enforcement authorities said on Tuesday.
Aurangabad residents Vishal Rathor and Pawan Rathor were pronounced dead at a Gadarwara-based infirmary. The driver was placed under arrest.

Raju Patil’s corpse was found hanging in the verandah early Tuesday. His wife and their two children were visiting her parents’ place here on the occasion of Bhai Dooj.

Bhopal, Nov 24 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan averred on Tuesday that the Bamboo Mission will be implemented at a rapid pace and forest-dwellers motivated to plant high-quality bamboo in order to enhance income.
While chairing a Forest Department meeting in Bandhavgarh National Park, the senior politician was officially quoted as saying, “Bamboo-based small-scale industries should be encouraged. The state government has declared support price for 32 species of jungle produce, which must be widely publicised so that gatherers receive fair prices. Cultivation of medicinal plants ought to be encouraged. A tourism promotion action plan should commence within the time limit in 24 identified buffer zones.”

Bhopal, Nov 24 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan averred on Tuesday that while complete precautions are imperative against the ‘millennium scourge’, special care should be exercised to ensure that economic activities are unaffected.
“There must be no hindrance in marriages, transportation of goods, etc. However, the number of people attending events may be limited and mini-containment zones ought to be created within high-risk areas. In this regard, the Crisis Management Group of the district concerned may take decisions according to conditions at local level. Utilisation of masks is mandatory and non-compliance should attract fines. Social distancing is necessary. An awareness campaign must be launched,” the senior politician was officially quoted as saying while reviewing the situation via videoconferencing.

COVID-19 strategy: MP CM apprises PM

Bhopal, Nov 24 (UNI) Premier Narendra Modi was on Tuesday informed by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan that once the novel coronavirus vaccine is eventually supplied to the state, distribution will be implemented smoothly.
“Transport, dry stocking, cold chain, monitoring and training of vaccinators shall be undertaken extensively. A Steering Committee has been constituted under the Chief Secretary’s chairmanship and district task forces formed. Such units will also be created at block level. Support of organisations such as the National Cadet Corps and National Service Scheme shall be garnered,” Mr Chouhan was officially quoted as saying during Mr Modi’s videoconferencing with chief ministers.

I urge voluntary organisations to counsel the populace. I myself keep advising people wherever I go and also distribute masks,” the senior politician was officially quoted as saying.

Haryana govt takes precautionary measures in view of farmers' Delhi Chalo march

Chandigarh, Nov 24 (UNI) Haryana Government has decided to take all precautionary measures, in view of the situation during the proposed nationwide 'Delhi Chalo' (March to Delhi) call given by farmer organisations on November 26, regarding the Farmers' Welfare Ordinances.

Haryana Chief Secretary Vijai Vardhan presided over a review meeting with Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents of Police of districts namely Ambala, Sirsa, Fatehabad, Jind, Kaithal, Kurukshetra and Panchkula regarding maintaining law and order during the proposed nationwide march to Delhi.

Additional Chief Secretary, Financial Commissioner, Revenue & Disaster Management Sanjeev Kaushal, and Additional Chief Secretary, Medical Education and Research Department Alok Nigam attended the meeting through video-conferencing.
