Quality education priority for Himachal govt : Minister

Kangra, Jan 18 (UNI) Himachal government had taken effective steps for imparting quality education to the children in government schools and state government has earmarked budget of Rs 7044 crores for the education sector in this hill state for the current financial year.
Speaking at the annual day function of Govt Senior Secondary School at Rehloo in Shahpur constituency, Urban Development Minister Sarveen Chaudhary said that new projects for imparting quality education have been initiated in the state.
She said that girls were going far ahead in every sphere of life so were they heading fast in the field of education too.
