Imphal, Dec 9 (UNI) As protests continued in Manipur protesting against Citizenship Amendment Bill, 2019, Chief Minister informed that Union Home Minister , Amit Shah had informed him over the phone that the Inner Line Permit (ILP) system would be enforced in the whole State in order to exempt Manipur from the purview of CAB.
