Priyanka accuses PM of misusing central agencies

Priyanka accuses PM of misusing central agencies

Shimla, Mar 22 (UNI) Responding to the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal Thursday night, Congress National General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi has accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of misusing central agencies to unleash political vengeance.
Gandhi, who is currently staying at Shimla, made an X-post here today and condemned the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
She said Kejriwal's arrest indicates that Central agencies are targeting the Delhi CM, before the Lok Sabha elections and it is unconstitutional.
Priyanka has written that lowering the level of politics in this way neither suits the Prime Minister nor his government.
She wrote that central agencies like ED, CBI, and IT are being used to mount pressure on all the political parties and their leaders.
She said before the Lok Sabha election, the Chief Minister was being put in jail, and he became the second Chief Minister who was in jail.
"Such a shameful scene is being seen for the first time in the independent history of India."
Priyanka Gandhi is in Chharabra, Shimla, these days. She has come to Chharabra on a personal visit.
