Cane crushing season 2020-21 begins in UP

Lucknow, Oct 28(UNI) Sugar cane crushing season 2020-21 has commenced from this week in Uttar Pradesh announced state Commissioner, Cane and Sugar Sanjay R. Bhoosreddy here on Wednesday.
This week crushing work has been started by 3 sugar mills of the State which included Morana of cooperative sector in Muzaffarnagar , Majhavali in Sambhal and Belvada in Moradabad, both of private sector.
In the western Uttar Pradesh the sugar mills of Saharanpur region namely Thana Bhawan, Bhaisana, Khatauli, Oon, Gagalhedi, Deoband, Mansurpur, Titavi and in the Meerut region Mavana, Kinauni, Nanglamal, Simbhavali, Brijnathpur, Baghpat, Ramala, Sidhgarh and Agouta sugar mills have issued indent to purchase sugarcane.
