15 injured as private travel bus turns turtle in Telangana

Khammam (Telangana), Mar 9 (UNI) About 15 people were injured when a private travel bus in which they were travelling lost control and overturned on the Suryapet-Khammam National Highway near Kusumanchi in this district in the early hours on Saturday.
According to the police, the bus with 31 passengers was proceeding to Rajamahendravaram (Rajahmundry) from Hyderabad when the accident occurred.
The injured were admitted to a government hospital in Khammam for treatment.
Overspeed was said to be the cause of the accident.
A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway, police added.
