Chandigarh, Mar 10 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Wednesdayslammed the Congress party for moving the motion against the ruling BJP-JJP government.
"Never having faith in anything is Congress' old culture," Mr Khattar said during the no confidence motion discussion referring to the resignation of senior Congress leader PC Chacko in Kerala.
