Drug peddler arrested in Srinagar

Srinagar, Dec 22 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir police on Saturday arrested a drug peddler and recovered over 500 tables of spasmoproxyvon in the civil line, Srinagar, a police spokesman said here this evening.
He said on a tip-off police established a naka checking at Budshah Chowk in the civil lines. The naka party headed by Station House Officer (SHO) of police station Maisuma arrested a drug peddler Absar, a resident of Eidgah and recovered 504 tables of spasmoproxyvon and four bottles of wincerecx containing psychotropic substance, tramadol and codeine phosphate respectively.
He said a case has been registered and investigation taken up.
