DC reached villages and took stock of the Covid vaccination survey

Dharamsala: Oct 27 (UNI) In view of the increasing number of Covid Cases In Kangra district the ASHA workers and Anganwadi workers are going door-to-door to make people aware about Covid vaccination, a survey about Covid vaccination is also being done so that no citizen in Kangra district is deprived of vaccination.
On Wednesday, Deputy Commissioner Kangra Dr Nipun Jindal reviewed the ongoing vaccination survey campaign in Jawali and Maire in the field and discussed with the people about the vaccination campaign. Deputy Commissioner told UNI that in Kangra district, a target has been set to reach both the doses of Covid vaccination to all citizens, for this purpose, teams of Anganwadi workers and Asha workers are doing a door-to-door survey regarding Covid vaccination. He said that efforts are in progress so that underprivileged citizens may also be given both doses.
Dr Nipun Jindal said that the campaign has been intensified for the introduction of second dose of Covid vaccine in Kangra district and now vaccination sessions are also being organized in each Panchayat.
