UP govt issues guidelines to protect students of council schools from communicable diseases

Lucknow, Sep 22 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh government has issued guidelines to encourage students of council schools to come wearing full pants and shirts with the aim of protecting them from communicable diseases.
Director of Basic Education Dr Mahendra Dev has issued a letter to all District Basic Education Officers on the directives of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
The letter emphasises that the Basic Education Department should also play an active role in the communicable disease control campaign starting on October 3.
