Kashmir students dies in Bangladesh

Srinagar, Sep 7 (UNI) A student from Anantnag in Jammu and Kashmir who was studying medicine in a Bangladesh medical college has died after falling from the hostel building, prompting calls for her body to be brought back to India.
Several Kashmiri politicians appealed to the External Affairs Ministry to help repatriate the body of Khushboo Manzoor.
“The family is desperate to (get) the mortal remains of Khusboo so she can be buried by the family and loved ones at home rather than far away surrounded by strangers. Please help”, former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah tweeted.
