War against COVID-19: MP’s body count rises to 2,941

Bhopal, Oct 30 (UNI) The fatality figure owing to the ‘millennium scourge’ mounted to 2,941 on Friday in Madhya Pradesh where 12 fresh demises were reported even as the infected tally touched 1,70,690 with 691 more sufferers being detected during analysis of 28,995 specimens.
A Health Services Directorate bulletin pegged the number of active cases at 9,294 – a statistic that is providentially revealing a downward trend.
