Wanted sharp shooter under clutches

Chandigarh, Jun 25 (UNI) Sharp shooter of Ashok alias Pradhan gang, carrying a reward of Rs 1.5 lakh, and his four aides were arrested by a team of Special Task Force (STF) Sonipat after a brief encounter.
Stating this here on Tuesday, a Haryana Police spokesman said that arrested accused was identified as Nitesh alias Dhandhu of Sisana, a sharp shooter of Ashok alias Pradhan gang. Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi Police have announced a reward of Rs 1.5 lakh on his head.
Police got a secret information that Nitesh would be coming along with his associates with an intention to kill a person. Following this, STF team had nabbed him along with his four associates identified as Ombir alias Acharya, Naveen alias Mohit, Yogesh and Vikas alias Lambu. His three other aides managed to escape but they would be nabbed very soon, he added.
