Wanlura Diengdoh appointed as judge of Meghalaya HC

Shillong, Nov 13 (UNI) The Union government on Wednesday appointed Wanlura Diengdoh, a senior judicial officer, as a judge of the Meghalaya High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.

Diengdoh, who will be sworn as a judge at High Court premises on November 15, will be the third from among the indigenous Khasis to be sworn in as a judge of High Court.
