UP Congress celebrate 48th birthday of Rahul Gandhi

Lucknow, June 19 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Congress celebrated party president Rahul Gandhi’s 48th birthday on Tuesday in Uttar Pradesh with pomp and show.
While in Lucknow, sweets and cake were distributed to celebrate the occasion, in Amethi, the Parliamentary constituency of Congress President, some petrol pumps sold fuel at half of the price to mark the occasion and support for Rahul Gandhi.
Giving details of the celebration here, spokesman of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee (UPCC) Virendra Madan said state president Raj Babbar has cut a huge cake at party’s state head-quarter. The workers and leaders of Sewa Dal observed hawan and pujan and prayed for a long and healthy life of Party president as well as to see him as the next prime minister of the country.
