UP: 10-member SP delegation to visit Hathras for probe

Lucknow, Sep 30 (UNI) A 10-member team of the Samajwadi Party (SP) will visit the Boolgarhi village to investigate the gang-rape and murder case of a Dalit girl in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras.
SP's national spokesperson Rajendra Chaudhary on Wednesday said here that on the directions of party president Akhilesh Yadav, a 10-member delegation of the party will reach Hathras's Boolgarhi village on Oct 1 to seek information and probe the matter of the gang-rape of a Dalit girl by individuals from the village on Sep 14.
He said that delegation will consist of Mr Jaswant Singh Yadav (member of the Legislative Council), former state president of the Chhatra Sabha Atul Pradhan, Vinod Savita, Sarvesh Ambedkar, state president of the Lohia Vahini Dr Ram Karan Nirmal, Jugal Kishore Valmiki, Devendra Agarwal, former MLA from Hathras Sadar, Zainuddin Chaudhary, Girish Yadav and Rakesh Singh.
