Two brothers killed as truck hits cycle

Sant Kabir Nagar (UP), Mar 29 (UNI) Two brothers were killed when their cycle was hit by a truck in the Khalilabad area of Sant Kabir Nagar in Uttar Pradesh on Friday, a police officer said.
Circle Officer (Sadar) Brajesh Singh said the incident took place when Vishram (60), a resident of Kakrahiya village, along with his brother Budhiram (50) was going to Naveen Mandi. "Near a petrol pump in Mahiyara the truck hit their cycle injuring Vishram and Budhiram seriously," he said.
He said the injured were taken to the hospital where doctors declared them dead. "The truck was caught near Maghar outpost. A case has been lodged on the complaint of Patiram, the brother of the deceased, and further action is being taken," he said.
