TN CM condoles murder of jawan's wife, mother, announces Rs 4 lakh solatium

Chennai, Jul 16 (UNI) Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami on Thursday condoled the murder of mother and wife of an Indian army jawan in Sivaganga district and announced a solatium of Rs two lakh each from the Chief Minister's relief fund.
In a statement, Mr Palaniswami expressed grief over the murder of S Sneha and S Rajakumari by unknown persons on July 14 in their house.
He said he had directed the police to speed up the investigation in the case and to bring the perpetrators before the law in order to get stringent punishment.
