Three Killed in two mishaps in Ludhiana

Phagwara, Jul 5 (UNI) A newly wedded young couple of Ludhiana was killed in a road mishap near Phillaur on Monday.
ASP Phillaur Sohail Mir while confirming it told this correspondent here that Vijay Kumar and his wife Geeta were going from Ludhiana to Jalandhar on their Activa, but suddenly their vehicle skidded from the road and both of them fell down on the road, but unfortunately a heavy vehicle coming from rear side crushed
them. Vijay died on the spot while his Wife Geeta succumbed to her critical injuries in Civil Hospital Phillaur. The Dead Bodies of the both deceased were handed over to their families after post-mortem examination conducted in Phillaur today afternoon.
