Telangana: 400 Mobile toilets to be launched on Oct 2

Hyderabad, Aug 13 (UNI) Telangana Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar on Thursday said that the state government would launch 400 mobile toilets on October 2.
Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India Durga Shankar Mishra held video conference with Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states and reviewed the progress achieved in Swachh Bharat Mission, Amrut, Smart City Projects, PMAY (U), Street Vendors, implementation of RERA and day NULM centres, an official statement here said.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Kumar informed that as per the instructions of the Minister for Municipal Administration, K T Rama Rao, around 10,500 public toilets were being built in the state and would be launched on August 15.
