Chennai, Apr 27 (UNI) Accusing the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre of deceiving the State on grant of funds towards Cyclone and flood relief, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President M.K.Stalin on Saturday said there was no funds and no justice from the Centre.
