Suspecting honor killing takes place in AP

Chittoor, Oct 13 (UNI) A suspecting honor killing has been taken place at Reddy Palli Village in Santhipuram mandal in this district on late night of Saturday, wherein the police have been suspecting that the deceased would be murdered by her parents for married a boy belonged to Scheduled Cast (SC) community.

According to Chittoor Superintendent of Police Senthil Kumar, the Kuppam rural police have entered into Reddy Palli Village on Sunday morning based on the complaint given by the parents of the minor boy who married the minor girl of BC community alleging honor killing took place and the police came to know from parents of deceased that she hanged herself to the roof of house just after one day of getting married with her lover who belonged to SC community.
