Shri Krishna Janmbhumi case: Plaintiff places HC order before Civil Judge

Mathura (UP), May 24 (UNI) A plaintiff placed the copy of an order passed by the Allahabad High Court in Bhagwan Shri Krishna Virajman and other versus Sunni Central Waqf Board before the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Jyoti Singh on Tuesday.
Deepak Sharma, Counsel of plaintiff Manish Yadav, said the court has directed to put the HC order on record and to present it on the date of hearing. He said the court had already fixed July 1 as the next date of hearing.
Head of Narayani Sena, Manish Yadav, resident of Lucknow, while claiming that Shahi Masjid Eidgah was constructed on 13.37 acre land of Shri Krishna Janabhoomi, has filed an application in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mathura on December 15, 2020. Later, he moved the Allahabad High Court, seeking direction for an early hearing in the case.
