Seven more under corona range in Hoshiarpur district

Hoshiarpur, Jul 13 (UNI) Two each police personnel and BSF jawans are among the seven confirmed novel covid-19 cases detected Monday in the district. With the surfacing of today's cases the district count rose to 207 including seven fatalities.
A senior doctor stated here Monday evening that the health department Monday received reports of 476 samples of which a 40-year-old police personnel of village Chattowal in Dasuya sub division posted at Ludhiana, another police personnel 48-year-old of village Parowal in Garhshankar sub division posted at Patiala, 2 BSF jawans of BSF Subsidiary Training Centre Kharkan, 2 people returned from abroad of Mehtabpur and Chak Sadhu villages and a 26-year-old individual of village Hajipur doing private job at Ludhiana were found infected with novel coronavirus.
The police personnel working at Ludhiana and Patiala were found positive at their respective working places. Besides, a Hajipur villager working at Ludhiana was also found positive at his working place.
