Scion of Bansiwal clan turns rebellious in Dausa

Dausa, Nov 20 (UNI) Unhappy over reports of "cash for ticket", allegedly being promoted by some functionary of the BJP and party nomination to an outsider on the Dausa Assembly seat, two-time former MLA Nand Lal Bansiwal, scion of politically strong Bansiwal clan of the town, turned rebellious and entered the fray for the seat as an Independent.
Mr Bansiwal was aspiring for BJP ticket on the Sikarai (SC) seat of Dausa town or the nomination for general seat of Dausa in his native town. However, despite promise by Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, ticket for Dausa was allotted to his nephew Vikram.
"Since ticket for Sikarai was given to my nephew, I accepted politely the party decision and met CM again to request her to consider me for open and general seat of Dausa that I held twice and my family won on several occasions", the rebel leader said.
