Mandya, Nov 22 (UNI) Eight people were killed, while two others sustained injuries when their car collided with a mini goods van on Thursday night near Ramenahall, Nagamangala Taluk in the district, police said on Friday.
According to police, four people were killed on the spot while two other died later on in the hospital. As per last reports, today, two more victims have succumbed to injuries in the hospital.
The police said that the victims were traveling to Kunigal to attend a family function when the mishap occurred on Jewargi-Chamarajanagar highway.
