RJD accuses JD (U) vice-president of trying to influence election to students union

Patna, Dec 04 (UNI) RJD today accused the ruling JD (U) vice-president Prashant Kishore of trying to influence the Patna University Students Union (PUSU) elections.
State RJD president Ramchandra Purve and party secretary general Alok Mehta told the newspersons here that the JD (U) leader was indulging in ‘politics of deals’ by meeting PU vice- chancellor even as the model code of conduct was imposed.
The RJD leaders told the that Mr Kishore`s attempt to influence election to PUSU was not in the interest of democracy.
