Re-entry of expelled Congressmen in HP on cards

Solan, Jan 23 (UNI) Focusing on eliminating the growing factionalism to put a united face before parliamentary elections, Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) is considering re-inducting the expelled Congressmen before the announcement of the Lok Sabha polls.
Reliable sources in party revealed that Congress had already constituted a four-member disciplinary committee headed by former chief secretary A N Vidyarthi to consider the 150 cases of expelled Congress leaders. The committee will give recommendations whether these leaders should be reinducted into the party fold or not.
The committee convened its first meeting on Monday where other members, including AICC member Sanjay Awasthy and two former MLAs, were also present.
