Protest sparked after pregnant lady dies in Jammu hospital, board of doctors set up

Jammu, Apr 26 (UNI) A five-member board of doctors has been set up after a pregnant lady allegedly died of hospital negligence on Friday in this winter capital of the state.
However, the family members of the deceased also staged protest and blocked road outside the Shri Maharaja Gulab Singh(SMGS) Government Hospital located in the heart of city Shalimar area here.
The protestors alleged that the deceased identified as Vandana Sharma, wife of Rajiv Sharma, resident of Resham Ghar, Jammu, was admitted in SMGS Hospital last Friday as her delivery was expected anytime.
