Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives in Karnataka on way to Lakshadweep

Mangaluru, Dec 18 (UNI) On back of the BJP winning Assembly elections in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi tonight arrived in this port city of Karnataka for a overnight stay here on his way to Lakshadweep.

Mr Modi will be leaving for Lakshwadeep to inspect flood ravaged island after Okhie cyclonic storm that swept through the southern peninsular India early this month resulting in several deaths, especially of fisherfolk.
