Police official succumbed to injuries in road accident in Punjab

Moga, Dec 6 (UNI) An Assistant Sub Inspector of police succumbed to injuries in a private hospital on Wednesday when his car on way to Dharmkot was hit by an unidentified truck driver and the car was struck against road divider resulting the police official seriously injured near Jalalabad about 16km from Moga on Moga-Jalandher National Highway.
According to Police, the official was on way to his native town Dharmkot after his duty at Moga. When he reached near Jalalabad a speeding truck hit the car and car was struck against the divider.
