Jaipur, Jan 20 (UNI) The time has come for Indians to place emphasis on duty instead of all the time fighting for rights, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said.
Referring to 75 years of independence, Modi said an evil has taken hold of the country. "This is to deviate from one's duty."
He said people talk about rights, fight and waste time but forget their duties. "This has played a big role in weakening India. We did not prioritize duty. Now for the coming 25 years, a mantra will have to be adopted to do the 'sadhna' of duty," he said.
