Hamirpur (HP), Feb 26(UNI) Senior BJP leader and former HP Chief Minister PK Dhumal has asked the workers to make full use of the government’s programmes and schemes formulated for them and get benefitted.

While addressing a function organised by the Himachal Pradesh Building and other Construction Workers Welfare Board near NIT, Hamirpur, he told them to become part of the workers welfare board that was providing various sorts of facilities to them and their children.

He said that this board was set up in 2014 and since then it had helped hundreds of workers to the maximum.

He said that the skill development program of the central/state government both was a unique thing and pro-people in general and pro-youth in particular. He said that it was for the bright future of the youth of the state.

On this occasion, all the working people were allotted Solar Light Induction Chulhas by the Board through the former Chief Minister, which benefited hundreds of people who belonged to gram panchayats of Sikandar and Paniala.
