Payback money collected from kids, Himachal HC orders kindergarten school

Shimla, Jun 25 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh High Court on Tuesday directed the principal of kindergarten school at Dhalpur, in district Kullu to take steps to payback the money collected from the 240 kids so that their parents can admit the children in other schools.
The Court also vacated its stay order passed on Apr 22, 2019, which the notice issued by the District Program Officer for shutting down the Kindergarten school.
A Division Bench comprising the Chief Justice V Ramasubramanian and Justice Dharam Chand Chaudhary passed these orders on a petition filed by the Principal of the 'Our Lady of the Snow Kindergarten' School, Kullu, challenging the notice issued by the District Program Officer for shutting down the Kindergarten school run by him, on the ground of certain deficiencies.
