Ninteen new cases tested +ve in HP, tally mounts to 1033

Shimla, Jul 3 (UNI) Nineteen more people tested positive for the novel Coronavirus in Himachal Pradesh mounting the tally to 1033 in the state, senior officer of Government confirmed here today.
Additional Chief Secretary Health and nodal officer of Covid-19 Mr R D Dhiman said that six cases tested positive in Una, followed by four each in Kinnuar and Kangra , three in Hamirpur and one each in Mandi and Solan on Friday.
In Kinnuar district, one contact of three police personnel tested positive in Bhavnagar.
Three more ITBP jawans were tested positive who are in institutional quarantine at Nichar. He said that two have returned from their homes at Kerala and one their contact also tested positive.
Tally mounted to 34 in Kinnuar district including 27 active and four cured.
With Three more ITBP Jawan tested positive, number of such cases increased to 31 in the state.
In Una district, six tested positive today increasing tally to 119 , active 25 and 94 cured.

COVID-19: MP CM orders sub-divisional CMGs

Bhopal, Aug 8 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan emphasised on Saturday that superlative arrangements should be in place for treatment and monitoring of asymptomatic novel coronavirus patients who wish to stay in home isolation.
“The Health Department must prepare guidelines in this context and dispatch it to every district. As infection is spreading in towns and villages, Crisis Management groups ought to also be formed at sub-divisional level,” the senior politician was officially quoted as saying while reviewing the situation via videoconferencing.
