Srinagar, Sep 22 (UNI) The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday conduct raids at four different places in the Kashmir valley, official sources said.
They said NIA sleuths raided the house of one Ghulam Rasool Waza, at Palhalan Pattan in north Kashmir district of Baramulla with the help of security forces and police personnel who were deployed in strength in the area since early this morning. The sleuths also raided the house of former sarpanch Tariq Ahmad who was recently released after serving a jail term of one year.
The sources said NIA also conducted similar raids at the government quarter of a Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) woman leader Haleema at Baramulla.
