Aurangabad, Oct 31 (UNI) The Covid-19 cases in Marathwada region of Maharashtra state has significantly come down as only 52 new cases and two deaths are reportedin past 24 hours, health authorities said on Sunday.
According to details collected from district headquarters, out of eight districts of the region, Aurangabad reported 13 new cases and single death, 11 cases and one death from Latur, 13 cases from Osmanabad, eight cases from Beed, five cases from Nanded, single case each from Jalna and Hingoli and zero cases from Parbhani.
Meanwhile, in past 24 hours, 1,130 fresh cases of Covid-19 were recorded across the state, taking the total number of infections to 66,09,906.
