Kolhapur announces strict lockdown for 10 days

Kolhapur, May 4 (UNI) Kolhapur administration on Tuesday announced a strict lockdown from tomorrow 1100 hours in the morning in the district on the backdrop of rapidly increasing corona positive patients in the district.
An urgent online meeting was held this morning to discuss the COVID surge, lack of oxygen and Remdesivir injections.
The meet was attended by state rural development minister Hasan Mushrif, district guardian minister Satej Patil, minister of state for health Rajendra Patil-Yadravkar, collector Daulat Desai, among others.
