Deep Depression to cross North AP Coast close to Kakinada on Oct 13 morning

Hyderabad, Oct 12 (UNI) The Deep Depression over Westcentral Bay of Bengal moved northwestwards with a speed of 05 kmph during the past 06 hours and lay centred at 1730 hrs on October 12 near latitude 16.1°N and longitude 84.6°E, about 220 km south-southeast of Vishakhapatnam, 270 km east-southeast of Kakinada and 310 km east-southeast of Narsapur in Andhra Pradesh.
India Meteorological Department (IMD) in a bulletin here tonight said, It is very likely to move west-northwestwards and cross North Andhra Pradesh coast between Narsapur & Vishakhapatnam, close to Kakinada during the morning of October 13 as a Deep Depression with wind speed of 55-65 kmph gusting to 75 kmph.
The Deep Depression is being monitored by coastal Doppler Weather Radars of Machilipatnam,
