Hyderabad, Oct 14 (UNI) In view of the unprecedented rains for the last 12 hours and as per the direction of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, Telangana Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar reviewed the flood situation on Wednesday and declared a public holiday to all Government offices including all private institutions in GHMC area today and tomorrow.
In a release here, the Chief Secretary also advised GHMC officials and District Collectors to arrange relief camps and shift the people residing in low lying and inundated areas.
Mr Kumar also advised the people not to come out from their houses unless there is a serious necessity.
