Lok Sabha Poll: AMMK extends ‘unconditional’ support to BJP

Tiruchirapalli (Tamil Nadu), Mar 11 (UNI) The Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam (AMMK) on Monday extended ''unconditional'' support to the BJP ahead of the Lok Sabha poll.
Talking to newsmen here this evening, AMMK’s general secretary T.T.V.Dhinakaran said he had been in touch with the State and national-level leaders of the BJP over the past two or three months.
"We have decided to form an alliance with BJP. I spoke to BJP state president K.Annamalai and Union Minister G.Kishan Reddy and assured them unconditional support to the BJP alliance," said Dhinakaran.
