Amit Shah to take part in Jansevak conference

Hubballi, Jan 9 (UNI) Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah will be on a Two day visit to the State and will preside over the concluding session of the Jan Sevak conference to be held in Belgaum city on 17 January 2021 where an estimated One hundred thousand people, including thousands of party workers will be attending the meeting, according to Mr. Mahesh Tenginakai, General Secretary of the Karnataka State Unit of the Bharatiya Janata Pary (BJP).
Addressing a Press conference here today, Mr. Tenginakai said that as part of its State-wide Jana Sevak conferences, the BJP has formed Five Teams Each headed by the Party’s Senior Leaders including State Unit president and Parliament Member, Mr. Nalin Kumar Kateel, Deputy Chief Ministers, Mr. Lakshman Savadi, Dr. Ashwath Narayan, Govind Karajola, and Senior Minister, K.s. Eshwarappa and Mr. Jagadish Shettar and comprising MP’s and prominent leaders. Each Team will visit Five Districts between Jan 11 and 13 covering all the 30 Districts and participate in the respective Jan Sevak Conferences.
Mr. Mahesh Tenginakai claimed out of the total 86183 Seats The BJP supported candidates have won 45,246 (i.e. 52.4 Percent) seats in the recently held Grama Panchayat Elections in the State, Claiming a majority in 3142 (i.e. 55.4 percent) out of a total of 5670 Grama Panchayats. The results have proved that the BJP has now spread its roots deeply in Rural areas also, he said.
