Kakinada: BJP demands cancellation of TDR bonds and de-notifying of purchased land

Kakinada, Mar 10(UNI): The district unit of the BJP has alleged that issuing of TDR bonds for purchasing of private land for the sake of substation construction in Dummulapeta area in the city involved biggest scam as such the land purchased should be de-notified without further delay.
The BJP has further alleged that releasing of Rs.500 Crore value TDR bonds for purchasing of ten acres of land was done at the behest of ruling party leaders benefitting them the most .
Mortgaging of government lands with the banks and purchasing of private lands for public purposes paying exorbitant amounts became the order of the day in the present government regime ’ the BJP added in a resolution.
